Vintage 1960s black velvet cape with red rhinestone buttons and hood. Arm / wrist openings. Fully lined in black satin. In excellent condition apart from a few small marks above the hem on the back side, see last photo.

Made for Neiman Marcus. No size tag. This fits like a Small to possibly a Medium, but the shoulders are very narrow!  Shown on a size small dress form. Please refer to measurements and leave room for winter clothing layers and ease of movement.

Bust / Upper Body- 48 inches - This is measured across the second button and includes all the way around the upper arms. This is not just the bust size.
